Working closely with stakeholders, i design and build engaging emails that effectively communicate the intended message, while using personalisation and dynamic content to drive engagement and conversation rates.

Involved the development and testing of new responsive email modules. Built with HTML5, CSS and implemented into our content management system 'Taxi for Email'. Throughout development, I collaborated with stakeholders and design teams to ensure the system aligned with the brand's vision and goals

A crucial part of my role has been conducting thorough testing using Adobe Campaign and performing quality assurance checks to ensure seamless rendering of templates, and dynamic personalisations across devices and email clients.

Manager of the test coordination team and line manager for wider Telemedicine customer service team. Responsible for processing and issuing results from GPDQ airport testing centers, postal tests, and laboratory tests.

Working with on-site staff and laboratories to ensure smooth processing of results. Handling customer complaints and escalations to resolve disputes in a calm efficient manner.

Providing ongoing training of new systems, coaching and mentoring of agents. Rota and time sheet management. Ensured policies and practices are effectively implemented to help organisation meet its operational goals. Reporting back to senior management on productivity and other performance indicators.

Designed and developed the new look and feel of FluCamps' email campaigns. Working with stakeholders to ensure brand vision and goals were met. Using Figma to create wireframes and iterate designs, built with HTML and CSS.

Worked with the IT and Marketing team to create a new and engaging SharePoint communication site. A intranet homepage where employees can find useful links, agendas, news feeds, and a way for the company to post important updates.
